Dominic advises on real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures and other corporate advisory work.

Dominic commenced his legal practice with Adnan Sundra & Low, during which Dominic advised on numerous cross-border M&A deals spanning a wide array of sectors, as well as notable capital markets transactions.

Prior to becoming a qualified lawyer, Dominic spent a few years in public listed entities involving legal, corporate and strategic planning roles where he gained invaluable corporate experience which enables him to provide sound legal advice from a practical and commercial perspective.

  • Advised on the 10 acres residential property development project in Duta Kiara, Mont Kiara
  • Advised on the joint venture between two property developers for a mixed development project
  • Advised on the acquisition and development of a 354 acre agriculture land in Langkawi Island, Kedah
  • Advised on the joint venture between landlord and a foreign property developer for mixed development of a 560 acre commercial land
  • Advised on the IPO of the largest special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) in the oil & gas industry in year 2013 and led the due diligence process
  • Advised on the IPO of a global leading palm oil, rubber and sugar company (the world’s second largest IPO of year 2012) and co-led the due diligence process
  • Advised on the corporate restructuring of a leading property developer listed on the Bursa Malaysia in year 2013 and actively involved in the due diligence process
