Criteria to Apply for Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H)
Introduction
Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H) Programme is promoted by the Government of Malaysia to allow foreigners who fulfill certain criteria, to stay in Malaysia for as long as possible on a multiple-entry social visit pass of ten (10) years with indefinite renewals provided that the participants do not contravene with any applicable laws in Malaysia. Applicants for MM2H Programme may submit their applications to either (i) MM2H Online Application System; or (ii) MM2H licensed agent. This guide aims to provide foreign investors with a general overview on the requirements for the applications of MM2H Programme in Malaysia.
